Physical Properties
Vitia Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil is a light yellow to greenish liquid with a mild, nutty odor. It is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and oils. The oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, and contains antioxidants like vitamin E. It has a low viscosity, good spreadability, and is chemically stable under normal storage conditions but can oxidize if exposed to light or heat for extended periods.
