Industrial Applications
Tris(Nonylphenyl) Phosphite (TNPP) is widely used as a secondary antioxidant and heat stabilizer in plastics, particularly in polyolefins, PVC, and rubber, where it protects against thermal degradation and prevents discoloration during processing. It also serves as a stabilizer in lubricants, adhesives, and coatings, often in combination with primary antioxidants for synergistic effects.
