Oleyl Amine is widely used in HI&I cleaning applications as a surfactant, emulsifier, anti-static agent, and corrosion inhibitor. Its cationic nature and long hydrophobic tail make it effective in formulations such as fabric softeners, hard surface cleaners, metal cleaners, and disinfectants, where it provides surface modification, protection, and improved cleaning performance.

Oleyl Amine is a long-chain unsaturated primary amine derived from oleic acid. It typically appears as a clear, pale yellow liquid with a mild fishy or ammonia-like odor. Its molecular structure combines a reactive amine group with a hydrophobic C18 alkyl chain containing a double bond, giving it amphiphilic and surface-active characteristics.
