Industrial Applications
Triphenyl Phosphate is primarily used as a non-halogenated flame retardant in a variety of industrial applications. It is commonly incorporated into plastics, polymers, polyurethane foams, textiles, electronic equipment, and furniture to reduce flammability and enhance fire safety.
Physical Properties
Triphenyl Phosphate is a colorless to pale yellow crystalline solid or liquid with good thermal stability. It is soluble in organic solvents, exhibits low volatility, and is chemically stable under normal handling and storage conditions.
