Physical Properties
Methyl Isobutyl Ketone is a colorless liquid with a characteristic solvent odor. It is moderately soluble in water, highly soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, ethers, and hydrocarbons, and has a boiling point of approximately 117°C.
