Cobalt Sulfamate Liquid
Industrial Applications
Cobalt Sulfamate Liquid is primarily used in the electroplating industry to produce ductile, high-purity cobalt coatings with excellent adhesion and wear resistance. It is also used in the manufacture of precision molds for applications such as record production and high-performance components. Beyond electroplating, Cobalt Sulfamate acts as a catalyst in oxidation and hydrogenation reactions and can serve as a pigment precursor in specialty coloration processes.
Physical Properties
Cobalt Sulfamate Liquid is an aqueous solution containing cobalt sulfamate salts, typically appearing as a clear to slightly tinted liquid depending on concentration. It has high metal content, low internal stress, and excellent stability in plating baths. The solution is highly soluble, thermally stable under normal processing conditions, and provides a controlled source of cobalt ions for catalytic and electrochemical applications.
