Physical Properties
Succinic Acid is a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid that appears as a white, crystalline solid. It is soluble in water and polar solvents, has a melting point of approximately 185–187°C, and exhibits acidic properties due to its two carboxyl groups, making it reactive in esterification and neutralization reactions.
