N-2(Hydroxyethyl) Morpholine
N-2-(Hydroxyethyl) Morpholine is an organic compound consisting of a morpholine ring substituted at the nitrogen with a hydroxyethyl group. It typically appears as a clear to pale yellow liquid with a mild amine-like odor, is miscible with water, and has good solubility in many polar organic solvents. In industry, N-2-(hydroxyethyl) Morpholine is used as a corrosion inhibitor in water treatment systems, an intermediate in the production of surfactants, textile auxiliaries, and agrochemicals, as well as a reactive diluent or modifier in resin and coating formulations to improve flexibility and adhesion.
