THPC-Urea Pre-Condensate typically appears as a clear to pale yellow aqueous solution with a slight odor. It is highly soluble in water, making it suitable for textile finishing processes such as padding and impregnation. Its chemical composition, based on tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium chloride and urea, provides strong bonding to cellulose fibers, ensuring durable flame retardancy without significantly altering the texture or appearance of the fabric.
