Physical Properties
Rapeseed Fatty Acid is a mixture of long-chain fatty acids primarily derived from rapeseed oil, rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, and smaller amounts of saturated fatty acids like palmitic and stearic acids. It typically appears as a pale yellow to amber oily liquid at room temperature, with a mild characteristic odor. The fatty acid composition imparts good oxidative stability and biodegradability.
