1-Methyl Cyclohexene
1-Methyl Cyclohexene is a cyclic olefin consisting of a cyclohexene ring substituted with a methyl group at the first carbon. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a characteristic hydrocarbon odor and low solubility in water but high solubility in organic solvents. Due to its double bond, it is chemically reactive and readily participates in addition, oxidation, and polymerization reactions.
